He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Specht and Elizabeth Specht (Haidet); and his brothers, James and Thomas. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Specht (Linda), Robert Specht (Tonya), Kathleen Elliott and Suzanne Gilster (Louis); his nephew Eric; and his nieces, Amanda, Lindsay and Lauren.
In honor of his memory, contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or to the MS Society.
