He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Kerns (Dave); his siblings, Paul Hoover (Carol), Joanne Knam (Bob), Mike Hoover (Louise) and Dave Hoover (Becky); and his grandchildren, Colton and Meleah Kerns. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
