He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Swope and Rose Swope. He is survived by: his wife Carole Tempest; and his children, Steve (Mary), Priscilla Roggenkamp (Rudy), Nancy Sowders (Gary), Linda Linnell (Steve) and Tim (Christine). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
