He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Mergeline (Sigman) and Donald Clifford Bell of Mount Vernon; his wife Linda G. Randolph; his sons, Donald Scott and Daniel Leland; and his cousins, Marilyn and Helen Bower.
