He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly Broker of Virginia Beach, VA and Betty Gibson of Medaryville, IN; his stepdaughters, Judy Campbell and Melody Caudill; and his nieces and nephews, Michele Daniels (Kenny) and Mike Prichard (LeNora).
