He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pettet and Ocea McGill Pettet; his son Richard William Pettet; and his siblings, Walter Pettet and Marie Mears.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae; his son Roger Pettet of Logan; his grandchildren, James Pettet (Holly), Tim Pettet, Christopher Pettet (Kacy) and Maygen Pettet; his great grandchildren, Jaclyn, Emma, Ellie, Scarlett Rae, Ezekiel and Lukas; and his siblings, Albert Pettet (Gloria), Ernest Pettet (Shirley), Louella Mears and Sylvia Jividen (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Philip Raymond Pettet to Christ Community Wesleyan Church 6275 Kenny Chapel Memorial Lane, Albany, Ohio 45710.
