He is survived by: his wife Patricia Creamer; his children, Debbie Heightland (Dave) and Scott Creamer; his stepchildren, Amanda Monds (Brian) and Chris Withem (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jordan Miller and Dalton Heightland; and his sister Gloria Reed.
