He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pershing Hamill and Virginia Mae Ellis; his brother Stephen J. Hamill; his former wives, Tiffany and Susan Hamill (Ashworth); and his brother-in-law Gary Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his granddaughters, Gabriella and Isabella; his sister-in-law Pat Hamill; and his father-in-law Roger (Norma Bartlett). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law.
