She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce McDowell and Naomi McDowell (Fletcher); her former husband Elden Markins; her sister Charlotte Neace; her daughter Linda Markins Bramlitt; her grandson Baby Michael Pickett; her stepdaughter Gladys Welch; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Grant, Christian Marazzo and Steele.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Markins (Karen) of Meigs County, Rob Markins (Judy) of Meigs County, Lisa Markins of Albany and Angel Markins of Albany; and her stepdaughter Arlene Williams of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
