He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stoesser and Vivian Woodliff Fesler; his stepfather C. Edward Fesler; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Mary Cosetti; his son-in-law Richard Bruns; and his brother-in-law Judge Joseph Cosetti.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Elizabeth Cosetti Fesler; his daughter Kim Bruns Burkins; his son-in-law Kenneth Burkins of Akron; his grandson Christopher William Bruns (Dominique) of Cleveland; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Adams (Mark) of Westlake and Trevor Burkins of Austin, TX; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Kendall and Morgan Adams; his sister-in-law Dr. Marilyn Sullivan Cosetti of Pittsburgh; his niece Dr. Maura Cosetti (Vikas) of New York, NY; his nephew John Cosetti (Kim) of Pound Ridge, NY; and his cousin John Woodliff of Uniontown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The First Congregational Church in Bill's memory.
