She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Steele and Dorothy Steele; and her brother John Steele. She is survived by: her husband Bill Bishop; her daughter Debi VanLandingham (Lewis); her grandchildren, James, Joy, Jessica, Julia, Jordan and Jane; her great grandchildren, Eva and Gideon; and her brother Larry Steele.

Those who wish may make memorial donations in Sandi's name to One of a Kind Pet Rescue.
