Robert L. Smiley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2023, Robert L. Smiley (Akron, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smiley and Erma Smiley (Ferency); and his siblings, Marion Blanco and Joe Smiley. He is survived by: his wife Myra; his children, Shelly Pierce (Dave), Denise Miller (Doug), Pam Sieneski (Frank) and Chris Smiley; his stepchildren, Ronald Raack (Debbie), Dale Raack (Valerie) and Melanie Raack; his grandchildren, Megan (Anthony), Michael (Anna), Kimberly (Vince), Kelly, Frank, Jr., Beau, Benjamin, Bobby, Barbara (Steve), Lauren (Justin), Justin (Kari), Ashley (Kevin), Heather and Stephanie (Jacob); his siblings, Jean Meidlinger and Bill Smiley (Linda); and his pets, Nano and Muffin. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
