He was predeceased by: his wife June; his son Michael; his parents, David and Hattie; and his brothers, Rich, John and Dave.

He is survived by: his children, Tom, Dave, Doreen and Darleen; his son-in-law Dan Beaver; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kasey, Kari, Elise, Christine and Sarah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
