She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Perkins and Clara Perkins; her grandson Michael Keen; and her siblings, Rosemarie Carter, Clifton, Mac, Junior Perkins and Hazel Robinson.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Caudill Robinson; her husband Bennie of Cuyahoga Falls; her children, Carmalita Shade (Tom) of Cuyahoga Falls and Paul (Janet) of Easley; her grandchildren, Patrick Shade of Cuyahoga Falls and Devyn Keen of Easley; and her siblings, Opaleen Anderson, Evalee Pointer (Lester), Martin and Robert Perkins (Joan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
