She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Becton and Ruby Becton; her husband Luther Watson Jr.; her son Andre Watson; and her siblings, Dorothy, Mae, Frances, Tommy, Edward and Theodore Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Clifford Watson (Alice), Bramlette Clopton (Marvin), Robbie Jones, Leonard Watson (Denise), Jacqueline Bryant Jr. (Turner) and Shelbi Watson; and her sisters, Esther Eaves (Charles) and Doris Ruple. She is also survived by granddaughter whom she raised, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
