She is survived by: her children, Crystal, Holly, Tiffany and Jesse; her grandchildren, Gia, Madison, Skyler, Aden, Savannah, Serenity, Payton and Gianna; her siblings, Donald, Gary and Cathy; and her friend Brad Greathouse.
