She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar V. Murphy and Kathryn Murphy. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas (Joanne) and Gail (Bert Hayslip); and her nephews, Shane Murphy (Judy Collins), Mark Murphy (Carrie), Stephen Hayslip (Kristen) and Patrick Hayslip (Ali Silva). She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and many cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
