He was predeceased by: his wife Nickie; his parents, Stephen Dornack and Frances Dornack; and his siblings, Steve Dornack, Esther Pinardi Krajnock and Pauline Valente.
He is survived by: his children, Dina Dornack (Ricardo Henriquez Veras), Mike Dornack (Amy) and Greg Dornack (Kim); and his grandchildren, Michaela, Madison and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
