With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn J. Frye (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Rusha (Charles McDaniel); her husband Clyde Frye; her former husband Gerald Legg Sr.; her siblings, Paul McDaniel, Pauline Johnson, Carol Bry and Kenneth McDaniel; her granddaughter Kara Stanley; her children, Sheryl Morgan, Gerald Legg, Lynda Stanley, Janene McQuain (Keith) and Daniel Legg (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Nicholle Arman (Norm), Jason Legg (Katie), Jessica Legg, Keith McQuain (Allie), Kevin McQuain and Harrison Gifford. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
