He is survived by: his sons, Steve Bush (Jackie), Lee Bush (Deirdre) and Chris Bush (Tricia); and his siblings, Robert Bush (Louise) and Linda Blake (Woodrow) of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
