With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan James Wood of Wolcott, New York, who passed away on March 24, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy O. Wood and George Richard Wood; and his brother Warren Wood Leslie Wood. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Wood (Debra) of Red Creek and Lona Campbell of Fulton; his children, Candais Hutchings (Wood) of Wolcott and Kirt James Wood of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Christopher Pierson (Briana) of Greece, Allison Pierson of Wolcott, Dylan Wood of Red Creek and Naythan Wood of Red Creek; and his great grandchildren, Donovan Pierson of Sodus Point, McKenna Pierson, Ryan Saiger, Landon Pierson, Levi Kerr, Karley, Aubrey Pierson and Audrey Kerr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friends.
