He was predeceased by: his parents, Mauro Madera and Maria Madera. He is survived by: his wife Frances Salvati; his children, Michael D. Madera (Maria) of Mahopac, NY., EvaMarie Madera of Mahopac, NY. and Frank V. Madera (Trish) of Mahopac, NY.; and his siblings, Joseph Madera (Brenda), Donald Madera (Cathy), David Madera (Debbie), Rose Marie Gizzo (Dan) and Teresa Dawson (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's memory to Calvary Hospital.
