“A close friend of my family which has been in White Plains over 100 years, Joe Delfino was the best mayor WP has had in the nearly 80 years that I have been a resident. He was truly caring about our city, our people and businesses, our community, and his non-partisan leadership greatly benefited advancement in our city without losing its small town, suburban flavor. I was privileged to serve on the WP Rec Committee for his 12 years as mayor. I will miss our meetups at Star Diner. -- Chuck Stogel”
