He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Masullo and Lucia Castellano; and his brother Donato Masullo. He is survived by: his daughter Lucia; his wife Gerarda; his daughter Sandra (Patsy); his grandchildren, Carmine, Jerry and Angelina; and his siblings, Carmela (Nicola), Filomena and Michael (Lia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
