She is survived by: her mother Carole Broadbent of Oppenheim, NY.; her daughters, Amanda Chase (Charles) of Mohawk, TN and Renee DeLett (Kevin Jr.) of Deerfield; her grandchildren, Dakota and Holden Chase; her siblings, Wendie Evangelow (Jamie) of Exeter Center, Patricia Genske (Donald) of West Winfield, Deanna Windecker (Bill) of Oppenheim, NY, Ruth Palmatier (Lysle) of Unadilla Forks, Marlene Woodward (Rick) of Lincolnton, NC, Leslie (Stacey), Ellery Broadbent of Johnstown, NY and Donald Broadbent of Herkimer, NY.; and her former husband Dan Barletta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
