He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Teletnick and Grace Marie Teletnick (Brooks). He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Smith (Marcus Perritano); his granddaughter Sammi of Frankfort, NY; his siblings, Pat Schutz (Edward "Spike") and Stephen Teletnick (Michele) of Dillsburg, PA; and his nephews, Ed Schutz (Kristen) of Cary, NC, Andrew Teletnick and Ben Teletnick.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedarville Fire Department, 960 State Route 51, Ilion, New York, 13357.
