He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Soika; and his sister-in-law Lisa Howard. He is survived by: his wife Annette M. Bernacki; his children, Jackie Vollmer (Joseph) and John Bernacki Sr.; his grandchildren, Melissa Gagne (John), Karen Violanti (Gary) and John Bernacki Jr. (Allison); his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Ellie and Ethan; his brother Eugene Bernacki (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Howard (Brenda Smith) and Brenda Howard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
