He was predeceased by: his brother Rev. Owen J. Mullen. He is survived by: his son Antonio Decker (AJ); his stepchildren, Nicole, Jacob Steinburg, Zachary Engwer, Leigh Tedesco and Jason Ostwald; his siblings, Susan Kalafut Wilkins (John), David Mullen (Lynda) and Larry Mullen (Tonya); and his nieces, Julianne Batista, Chelsea, Allison and Devan Mullen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Face covering and social distancing are required if not vaccinated.
