It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd J. Carlson (Wellsville, New York), born in Olean, New York, who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linus "Pete" and Bebe Farris Carlson. He was also cherished by several cousins, and several friends.
