She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Whitesell and T. Edith Latten Whitesell; and her brothers, Milford C. "Skip" Whitesell and Donnie Joseph Whitesell. She is survived by: her boyfriend Stephen Perkins; her daughters, Darla Williams of Wellsville, T. Laureen Perkins of Wellsville and Carleen Whitesell of Bath; her grandchildren, Kristen Mills, Brian Perkins, Lauren Skrzynski, Kelly Williams, Christopher Blair, Michael Buckley and Nicholas Buckley; her great grandchildren, Seth Buckley, Zander Buckley and Avery Skrzynski; and her brothers, Richard "Dick" Whitesell of Wellsville, G. Ronald Whitesell (Linda) of Independence and David Whitesell of Almond. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
