She is survived by: her brothers, Rodney Billings of Wellsville and Robert Billings (Jamie) of Charleston, SC; her sister-in-law Dawn Billings of Independence; her nieces and nephews, Mandie Cardon, Kenneth Billings (Amanda), Daniel Billings (Alexandra), Dennis Billings, Sylvia Billings, Craig Billings, Kyle Billings (Jessica), Christopher Billings (Payton), BaileaSue Watrous (David), Erin Ballew (John), Anthony Billings (Heaven) and GracieSue Billings; her uncles, Daral Smith (Sandra) of Eldred and Gary Smith (Faith) of Addison; and her aunt Sharon Houghtaling (Tom) of Wellsville.
