She was predeceased by: her parents, William Manion and Elsie Manion (Fontaine); and her husband Roger Winchell. She is survived by: her children, Jon Winchell (Cindy), Jamie Winchell (Michelle) and Jerry Winchell; her grandchildren, Katelyn Waters (Cory), Coty Winchell (Kelsea), Matthew Winchell, Taylor Winchell and Dylan Winchell; her great grandchildren, Leah Waters, Carson Waters and Hazel "Charlee" Winchell; her sister Lois Stevens of Tennessee; and her great-niece Hannah Stevens of Tennessee.
