It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David C. Fuller of Wellsville, New York, born in Wellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Fuller and Betty McElheny Fuller. He is survived by: his brother Daniel Fuller (Sharlet) of Wellsville; his nephews, James Fuller of Wellsville and Charles Fuller (Valerie) of Towson, MD; and his niece Mary Finocchiaro (James) of Rochester.
