He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Marlene Marshall Cuykendall, Barbara Marshall Fletcher (Ed) and Ernest Marshall (Sharon); his wife Miss Nancy Mae Case; his children, Theodore J. Jr. (Sharon), Case A (Mindy) and Dorothy Kim; his grandchildren, Tionni Phelps (Peter), Ciara Goebel (Luke), Zachary Marshall, Marina Marshall (Troy) and Paige Marshall; his great grandchild Charlotte Phelps; and his friends, Gary Emerson, Engleson and Van Liere.
In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to the Weedsport Fire Department, Food Bank of Weedsport or First Presbyterian Church of Weedsport.
