She was predeceased by: her parents, Angela O'Toole and John O'Toole; and her grandson Sam Cichello. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Cichello; her children, Mary Beck (Tom), Teresa Colucci (Mike), Claire Ziamandanis (Stephen), Anthony Cichello (Christine), John Cichello, Michael Cichello (Greg Canty) and Paul Cichello (Camila Chaparro); her siblings, Terry Doyle and Brian O'Toole; her grandchildren, Michael Beck (Ashley Pidal), John Beck, Claire Beck, Joe Colucci, Tony Colucci, Nick Colucci, Grace Ziamandanis, Dennis Ziamandanis, Bridget Cichello, Teresa Cichello, David Cichello, Peter Cichello and Silas Cichello; her daughter Eileen; and her brother-in-law Tony. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
