He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his children, Erin Kowalick (Tom) and Mathew Chudy III; his mother Rose Chudy; and his siblings, Ron Chudy, Charlene Chudy-Mitchell (Pat Quinn) and Sharon Chmielnicki (Rich). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
