He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Jesse, Michael Sullivan, Arnold Casselbury and Jennifer Casselbury; his grandchildren, Xavier, Milana, Austin and Maeson; his father John Sullivan; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan, Cheryl Wolfe (David), Deborah Deuel (Dan), Jim Sullivan and Tracy Hagenbuch (Rob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
