She was predeceased by: her parents, Lincoln and Bertha Benjamin Vanderpool Sr.; her husband James William Benjamin; her grandson William Benjamin; her siblings, Lincoln Vanderpool Jr., Clifford Vanderpool, Woodrow Vanderpool (Anna) and Dorothy Vanderpool (Howard); and her son-in-law Gordon Callison.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra L. Callison of Waverly, NY, James Lincoln Benjamin (Diane) of Alpine, NY and Randy D. Benjamin (Elizabeth) of Mars Hill, NC; her grandchildren, Wendy Underdown of Alpine, NY, Michael Benjamin of Alpine, NY and Dawn Benjamin of Fletcher, NC; her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Tyler, Orey and Jessie; and her sister Betty Kutyana (Joseph) of Towanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
