He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Palumbo and Mary Palumbo of Waverly; and his wife Marlene (Seeley). He is survived by: his sisters, Marylou Duffy of Atlanta and Virginia (Andrew Schliecker) of Waverly; his sons, Thomas (Ann Williams) of Waverly, John (MaryKay) of Waverly, Jeff and Greg (Lorraine Brown) of Waverly; his nieces and nephews, David Schliecker, Cindy Hamilton, Mary Schliecker-Brigham and Deb Lindner; and his grandchildren, Danielle Palumbo, Kyle, Christopher and Mathew.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a contribution be made in Thomas's name to the Valley Chapter of Unico, c/o Nick Grego, 133 Crane Road, Waverly, NY.
