It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah M. Baker of Waverly, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Max Histed and Sherley Gleason Histed; her husband George Baker; her brothers, Francis and Hebert; and her children-in-law, Barbara Baker and Lonnie Blakeman.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Baker (Ruth Purtell) of Waverly, Cathy Schweiger (Jon) of Waverly and Shirley Blakeman-Kopatz (Craig) of Athens; her sister Betty Bunt of Belfast; her grandchildren, Peggy, Jonathan, Becky, Kristi, Colby and Kaitlyn; and her great grandchildren, Giulia, Anthony, Savannah, Irys, Alethea and Gabriella. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
