He is survived by: his spouse Luann Smith Miner; his son Blaine S.; his daughter-in-law Theresa Olmsted; his daughters, Heather M. Miner and Cara E. Miner; his grandchildren, Madelyn Olmsted, Bryden Miner, Mackenzie Olmsted, Natalia Gorton, Marlise Olmsted, Christian Welch, Leighannah Welch, Aria Miner and Mattias Olmsted; his mother Diane Campbell Jayne; his sister Lucille; his brother-in-law Fran Kabes; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Kelly Miner; and his siblings, Vickie Powell, Steve, Jen Jayne, Dave and Darnell Jayne.
