It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Jean Arcesi of Waverly, New York, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Safford and Mary Jane Safford (Lynch); and her niece Denise Schreck of Medina, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Blakeman (Nicole) of Raleigh, NC and Karen Blakeman of Waverly, NY; her sister Margaret "Peggy" Schreck (David) of Medina, NY; her nephew Matthew Schreck (Maggie) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Nolan, Nate Blakeman of Raleigh, NC, Willow, Lincoln and Cullen Sharpsteen of Waverly, NY.; her friends, Barb Bucholtz, Gail Williams of Sayre, PA and Mary Rita Genevia; and her pets, Monty, Tuffy, Phyllis and Ace (Mike Arcesi).
