He is survived by: his children, Caitlin Strong, Mitchel McPhillips and Westley Gazley; his grandchildren, Olivia Strong, Waylon Strong and Logan McPhillips; and his siblings, John "Mickey" McPhillips (Sally), Susan Gervais (Stephen), Linda McPhillips Bush, Mark McPhillips (Carol) and Matthew McPhillips (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
