He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Young and Beatrice Young (Post); his grandson Kenny Young; and his siblings, Helen Erb, Fred Young, Emery Young, Mary Phillips and Reva Cardi.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Young (Rogers); his daughter Kathie; his son-in-law John Deierlein of Norwich, NY; his sons, Dale Young of Waverly, NY and Tim; his daughter-in-law LuAnn Young of Sayre, PA; his grandchildren, Jay (Susan Deierlein), Jillian (Ken Porché), Kristine (Matt Podolinski), Tyler (Tara Young), Emily Deierlein (Tim Berguson) and Kelsey Young; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Grier, Kennie, Miles, Marin and Owen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
