He is survived by: his wife Donna Hakes Scrivens; his daughter Kimberly Grace (Paul) of Barton; his grandchildren, Kevin, Amanda, Danielle and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Alexa, Valerie, Brynlee, Chase, Tobias and Carson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
