It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Elton Randall (Waverly, New York), born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charles E. of Waverly, NY and Myrtle E. Randall of Waverly, NY; his wife Dorothy; and his children, Audrey (Robert Whiting), James (Norma Ratliff), John (Teresa Murphy) and Michael (Sara Elder). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
