He is survived by: his wife Fairburn Davis Blow of Waverly; his children, Steven Blow (Phyllis) of Albany, Randy Blow, Daniel Blow (Teresa) of Waverly, Laura Rice (Kelvin) of Waverly, Suzanne Blow, David Blow (Tara) of Millport and Joshua Blow of Waverly; his siblings, David Blow and Janey Douglas of Gillett, PA; his brother-in-law Benjamin Davis (Priscilla) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Adrian, Stacy, Matthew, Shianne, Joni, Megan, Samuel, James, Ashley, Zachary, Miranda, Tyler and Jillian. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
