It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Palmer of Waverly, New York, born in Athens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stranger and Kathryn Stranger (Coakley); her son Gary Lee Palmer; her grandson Nathan Nocchi; and her siblings, Bernard Stranger and Doris Stranger Vondracek.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Palmer (Kim) of Waverly, NY, Beverlee Wheeler of Waverly, NY, Lisa Nocchi (Bob) of Waverly, NY and Vicky Hickey (Andrew) of Sayre, PA; her grandchildren, Michael (Jean), Garri Leah, Stephen, Brooke, Ashley, Amie, Josh, Chris (Visaka), Nikki, Alison and Cristin; her great grandchildren, Quinton, Garrett, Dylan, Caden, Arabella, Johanna and Jaxon; her cousin Jim Stranger of San Diego, CA; her friend Joyce Trout; and her pet Bambi. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and pets.
