We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2018, at the age of 82, Nellie Belle Ellison (Watkins Glen, New York), born in Corning, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Payne and Nellie Payne (Daisley); her spouse Jack Ellison; her children, Penny Rice (Kevin) of Coopers Plains, Georgia Hallenbeck (Dana) of Oak Ridge, TN, Sandy Snellenberger (Dale) of Manchester, CT, Aleta Woodward (Norm) of Warner Robbins, GA and Jeffery Ellison; her sister Rosalie Gigliello of Corning; her son Gregory Scott Ellison; and her siblings, Harry Payne, Arthur Payne, Charles Payne, Jesse Payne, Lindberg Payne, Elizabeth Dell, Azley Lowe and June Bonomo. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Nellie's name to the Humane Society of Schuyler County.
