He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo L. Berry and Doris E. Berry. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Nusbaum); his daughter Susan; his son-in-law David Smugereski; his granddaughter Catherine; and his sister Lois Morris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Memorial donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
